Jaipur Mela products handmade and crafted with maximum care and we ensure high quality standards. We do not offer any returns on products which are delivered in perfect condition as a policy. However, for our Women’s Wear Category if you’ve made an error with the size of your clothing then we will exchange your product for a replacement.
EXCHANGE POLICY - INDIA
Please Note: All sales are final and products ae eligible only for exchange in size.
In case you want to exchange your product for size, we request you to contact our Customer Care Team within 3 days of delivery of the product at +91 7469988777 or firstname.lastname@example.org and please mention the reason for exchange. We will also require you to mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your exchange request.
We facilitate the exchange through our delivery partner after we receive the message (whatsapp No 7469988777) or (email - email@example.com) from the client, this is to ensure for safe returns of our products. COD charges (cash handling charges ) will not be part of the exchange or refund.
The client will be charged an additional amount (For reverse courier pickup and redelivery)
Womens Wear Rs: 100/- for 1 item or quantity and Rs.150 for more than 2 items or quantity.
Home Linen Rs: 200/- for 1 item or quantity and Rs.300 for more than 2 items or quantity.
Bags & Accessories Rs:100/- for 1 item or quantity and Rs.300 for more than 2 items or quantity.
Fabric - Not eligible for exchange
The client will be provided a coupon via message code after 24 hours once it is picked up by our delivery partner. Coupon code value will be after deducting courier charges as per the category.
Coupon can be used by the customer to place the new order.
Minor differences in colour, printing and placement of the print are not considered defects, but are part of the intrinsic handmade and hand block printed nature of our products and are what makes each piece special. Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of the products.
Please Note: Fabric's once sold cannot be returned or exchanged and no refund will be made, as it has been cut to the size of customers requirement
In order for us to approve any exchanges or returns, please ensure that the product is unused, unworn and undamaged with tags intact.
Please Note: Customers cannot return or exchange an item which was purchased online, at any of our pop up stores and at exhibition centers and also if you have purchased anything at our pop up stores or exhibition centers you cannot return or exchange it online.
If applicable, refunds will be made for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. However shipping charges will not be returned except in case of a wrong item sent an absolutely different color ( minor color differences can be expected ), or wrong size.
It will take around 12-15 working days for the fund to redirect in your account.
Refunds will be done in the following cases
· Genuine quality issues - torn, weaving defect
· Packages lost in transit
· In case a wrong item has been sent to you
No Refunds will be entertained under following circumstances:
· After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier
· Product is damaged at time of return due to use or misuse
· Product returned has a defect but has been used
· Product returned have no tags and invoice attached to them.

No Exchange or Return option is possible for International orders.

All Sales are final.
Once the order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
The customers may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches the shipping destination. These duty/tax(s), as imposed, may vary from country to country. Kindly note that Jaipur Mela does not take any duty/tax(s), if applicable, in advance from its customers.
Further, if such duty/tax(s) are applicable to the customer’s order, the Logistics Partner(s) of Jaipur Mela will directly get in touch with the customer for carrying out the necessary payment(s) and the same shall be payable before the delivery of the Product(s).
