Jaipur Mela products  handmade and crafted with maximum care and we ensure high quality standards. We do not offer any returns on products which are delivered in perfect condition as a policy. However, for our Women’s Wear Category if you’ve made an error with the size of your clothing then we will exchange your product for a replacement.




Please Note: All sales are final and products ae eligible only for exchange in size.


In case you want to exchange your product for size, we request you to contact our Customer Care Team within 3 days of delivery of the product at +91 7469988777 or and please mention the reason for exchange. We will also require you to mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your exchange request.


We facilitate the exchange and return through our delivery partner after we receive the message or mail from the client, this is to ensure for safe returns of our products. The client will be charged an additional amount of Rs: 50/- for the same


Minor differences in colour, printing and placement of the print are not considered defects, but are part of the intrinsic handmade and hand block printed nature of our products and are what makes each piece special. Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of the products.


In order for us to approve any exchanges or returns, please ensure that the product is unused, unworn and undamaged with tags intact.


Please Note: Customers cannot return or exchange an item which was purchased online, at any of our pop up stores and at exhibition centers and also if you have purchased anything at our pop up stores or exhibition centers you cannot return or exchange it online.




If applicable, refunds will be made for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. However shipping charges will not be returned except in case of a wrong item sent an absolutely different color ( minor color differences can be expected ), or wrong size.

It will take around 12-15 working days for the fund to redirect in your account.


Refunds will be done in the following cases

·      Genuine quality issues

·      Packages lost in transit

·      In case a wrong item has been sent to you


No Refunds will be entertained under following circumstances:

·      After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier

·      Product is damaged at time of return due to use or misuse

·      Product returned has a defect but has been used

·      Product returned have no tags and invoice attached to them.
