Q. What kind of products do you sell?

Jaipur Mela has a wide range of products like Home Linens, Table Linens, Women’s Apparel, Bags, Accessories and Hand Block Printed Fabrics.

 

Q. Where is Jaipur Mela Office Located?

Jaipur Mela’s back office is located in Mumbai.

Our products is manufactured all over Rajasthan.

 

Q. Do you’ll have any front end retail stores?

Currently, we do not have any front end retail store, we hold pop ups and exhibitions in all over Mumbai currently and also sell through our website.

 

Delivery

Q. I am based out of India and I want to place an order for a delivery in India. Is it possible?

Yes, it is possible. Please refer to our ‘Shipping Policy’.

Q. Do you deliver out of India?

No, We would be starting soon

Q. What if I am not available when you deliver the merchandise?

Courier companies usually call the customer to check their availability. In case the delivery fails, the courier company will make 3 total attempts to deliver your product. If the client still fails to receive the product the courier company will return the product to the seller and the client will once again have to pay shipping fee in order to receive the product.

Q. Can I change the shipping address of the order?

Kindly contact our Customer Support team immediately to ensure it is changed before the dispatch of the product.

Q. How do I return a product?

Kindly read the Return Policy section under RETURNS & EXCHANGE.

Q. Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?

No. You have to place separate orders for different shipping addresses.

Q. What are the shipping charges, are there any additional charges?

Q. How can I track my order?

You will receive an email and an SMS with courier details once your order is dispatched from our facility. You can track your order status using the same details on the respective courier partner’s website.

Q. What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?

We deliver within 10 - 15 business days.

Q. What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered?

If the wrong order has been delivered to you, please contact our Customer Care within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

Q. How do I make a payment?

We accept Master Card, Visa credit, debit and other credit cards. We also have an option of net banking and cash on delivery for order where shipping address is India.

Q. Do you accept payment through Cheque/Demand Draft?

Q. What happens if my credit/debit card has been compromised while making a payment online?

We do not store/retain your credit card information. If you suspect any such activity, please get in touch with your bank immediately.

Q. What happens if the merchandise ordered is out of stock?

If the product you ordered is out of stock, you will be informed immediately and we will refund the full amount in your account.

Q. Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order?

No, there's no limit.
